Shuddle was a ride sharing service focused on providing families with scheduled and safe rides for kids. I consulted with Shuddle to help them scale their initial MVP to a fully matured product offering.
I worked with leadership to identify gaps in strategy, process, product, and staff, then implement solutions that could be achieved within the rapid and ever-changing context of a start-up environment. I coordinated between the product, design, and engineering teams and worked to establish formal project timelines using agile-based techniques. I also got my hands dirty writing lots of iOS code for both the driver and passenger apps.
